The softcopy of the full length manuscripts (in .doc or .pdf) shall be submitted through https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icstm2015 in the IEEE prescribed format as specified in the following link http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html .
The manuscript should contribute original research ideas, development areas, result analysis, research based findings, etc.
The manuscript should not been communicated/accepted/published either in any of the journals/magazines or conference proceedings and it should not gone under reviews of any of them. All the papers must follow the IEEE format.

Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and the IEEE will take action against any author who has engaged in either practice.

Paper selection process
All initial / final paper should be written in English with a maximum paper length of eight printed pages including tables / diagrams / figures / illustrations/ equations and etc.
Paper ID will be provided to all the received manuscripts with in one working day from icstm2015@veltechuniv.edu.in. If the paper ID has not received within the time frame, the authors are requested to contact through the technical program committee mail id.
Initial screening will be done by the Technical Program Committee of IEEE ICSTM 2015, which includes the scope the conference, plagiarism using turnitin plagiarism checker software, organization of the manuscripts, quality of tables / diagrams / figures / illustrations / equations and etc.
The manuscripts got through the above process alone will be forwarded to the reviewer of the technical program committee.
The outcome of the review process will be notified and the revised version of the manuscript shall be submitted within the stipulated date. Revised version of the paper will be verified to ensure that all the suggested corrections have been carried out.
Final decision will be taken by the technical program chair/ organizing chair based on their recommendations by the reviewers of technical program committee and the same will be intimated to the corresponding author.
No paper will be accepted without screening review and technical review process.
Received the camera ready paper using pdf express, IEEE copy right form and registration fee after the acceptance.
Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE ICSTM 2015 Conference Proceedings (IEEE ICSTM 2015 Proceedings ISBN Numbers: CD-ROM : 978-1-4799-9853-1 Print : 978-1-4799-9854-8).
All accepted and presented manuscripts alone will be archived in IEEE Xplore (ISBN Numbers: Xplore complaint : 978-1-4799-9855-5).

Upon the recommendations received from the reviewers and session chairs, recommended papers will be published in IEEE Xplore (IEEE XPLORE Complaint Part No: CFP15B55-ART, ISBN: 978-1-4799-9855-5) (Satisfying the Rules and Regulations of IEEE CPP).
The Manuscripts Selected for Poster Presentations of ICSTM 2015 will be recommended to publish in SCOPUS INDEXED Journals (Refer: www.veltechuniv.edu.in/icst2015) with Authors concern.
